Redruth Town Council’s Strategic Projects Team are always on the lookout for funding opportunities for projects that directly benefit Redruth’s community. Recent projects include the Town Regeneration and Investment Programme (TRIP), to invest in town centre infrastructure. This was supported by match funding from Redruth Town Council.

The projects, delivered by Redruth Town Council, include a high-quality infrastructure programme in Market Way, featuring the refurbishment of the Market Hall public toilets, a new LED colour-changing lighting scheme, upgraded projection and audio equipment, CCTV, and improved directional and business signage.

The programme also includes enhanced digital connectivity across key areas of the town centre, helping visitors and shoppers access online services and information about what’s on in Redruth. It also introduces data-collection technology to support future events, town-centre activity, and regeneration planning. These improvements support local businesses, enhance the visitor experience, and contribute to Redruth’s long-term growth.
