The Asset Manager role supports the care, maintenance, and long-term management of the Council’s buildings, public spaces, and community assets, helping ensure they remain safe, accessible, compliant, and well maintained for residents and visitors alike. / Working closely with staff, contractors, and local stakeholders, the role focuses on improving visibility, organisation, and long-term planning across the Council’s assets and facilities. A key part of the role will involve developing practical systems and processes that support both day-to-day operations and future investment in the town’s infrastructure.
