Claire Rundle

Claire is the HR Manager, and is responsible for delivering effective people solutions across the organisation including employees, volunteers and Councillors. Supporting managers and employees by ensuring best practice and compliance, providing regular updates on changes to Employment law, and training. / Claire also supports the preparation of information for monthly payroll, and manages the annual leave and absence systems, controls and processes. / The HR Manager role is also responsible for the Onboarding and Offboarding of employees including inductions, probations, appraisals and exit meetings.
